The remote job interview is a different game altogether. It’s not just about what you say, but how you say it—on camera, through a screen, with clarity, confidence, and connection. First, treat the virtual interview like an in-person one—and then go a step further. Dress professionally from head to toe, not just the part that shows on camera.
